The warranty period for lithium-ion batteries is 12 months, while for other components, it's 24 months. The warranty starts from the date of purchase. All repairs take less than 28 days (from the date the product is received)."
The device loses its warranty on the electrical system in case of any unauthorized interference detected by the service.
Warranty repair is either replacing or repairing the damaged element.
The warranty doesn't cover damaged elements/components used contrary to the instructions set in the user manual. The inappropriate use or unauthorized human intervention invalidates a warranty claim.
Maintenance upon the customer's request is a paid service.
The warranty does not cover parts and components used for different devices than dedicated ones.

- brake blocks and drums; - inner tubes;
- tires (unless the defect has occurred in the first 200 kilometers after purchase and disables daily utilization);
- steering system bearings and wheels (unless the defect has occurred in the first 500 kilometers after purchase)
- shock absorbers (unless the defect has occurred in the first 500 kilometers after purchase and disables daily utilization)"
The warranty excludes consumable activities that belong to the owner, such as:
- cleaning and lubricating the suspension and steering system;
- adjusting the brakes after replacing the brake pads/discs and after dismantling/modifying the suspension or replacing the tires;
It is also the user's responsibility to regularly charge the battery, check the tire pressure, use the product only in appropriate weather conditions, and other listed in the user manual.
During the repair, Mobi.pl SC does not provide a replacement device. "The manufacturer reserves the right to change the warranty conditions. All changes are published on the website. "
